Kristie Berdecia joined Rimmer Insurance in February 2018. Berdecia grew up in the insurance industry so it was inevitable that she would work in it as well. She obtained her first insurance license at 18 years old and worked in an agency throughout her college career at NC State. She met her husband not long after graduating. Within 2 years, they married, began a family, and moved from Raleigh to her hometown of New Bern, NC. They lived in New Bern for 10 years while she ran the family insurance business. When her parents decided to retire in January 2017, they decided it was time to move back to the Raleigh area. In March 2017, they packed their 4 children up and moved to Clayton, NC. They fell in love with the area and their new neighbors. After the move, Kristie reached out to Dale about a position within his company, where she began her position as the office manager for the Knightdale location.
